I placed a order for some leggings for my daughter in early January, sadly the Royal Mail lost the parcel , thankfully a lovely lady at Tala arranged for the item to be replaced. Great customer service

I love EVERYTHING that I bought fromTala! I’m so picky with the feel of fabrics but everything I bought feels amazing, especially the leggings, and the fit is so flattering. I feel super cute and confident 😁 I also had a great experience with customer service with a really lovely woman called Melanie. I had an issue with an order and she sorted it all out and was always friendly. I really appreciate that cause I often feel apprehensive to contact customer services. Highly recommend Tala ✨

Fast delivery. Flattering fit. Unfortunately my leggings have got bobbles all over them after just 2 wears, quality definitely not as good as they make them out to be. Disappointing for the money spent on them, not worth it.

Excellent Customer Service. They always try to help, even if it's not their mistake and they're also very fast. I've had two bigger issues now bc of another company and they helped me immediately 🙏🏼

Melanie from Tala HQ has been SO helpful!! With all of the postage delays and missing post that has happened with Australia Post, Melanie has been extremely helpful and has displayed amazing customer service.

Great customer service. Really helpful and quick responses. After a pair of leggings tore at the seam, I returned them for replacement. Unfortunately, they were then out of stock and refunded straight away. Taken 1 star off as disappointed by the the torn leggings and that it is out of stock and will be for 2-3 more months. I feel like black sculpt leggings are a hot item, so I’m shocked that they’re out of stock for so long.

My pre-order parcel went missing after being dispatched to the courier.
